It is perfectly placed to quickly reach the different areas of the city. It is located on the second floor, served by a lift, of one of the three colored towers a few steps from the station and surrounded by a playground, supermarkets, restaurants and all services.
It has a single day area with living room, large kitchenette, balcony, sitting area with table and chairs and double sofa bed.

The bedroom has a double bed or matching single beds plus sofa bed and wardrobe. The bathroom with shower is complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The apartment is complete with all accessories: smart TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine.
A set of towels and linen is provided for each guest with a fortnightly change and cleaning.
For those coming by car, the apartment has a convenient private underground garage with automated access.
