The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, and its a smart home, meaning there is Alexa, and thus, you can control lights, heating, and air conditioning via voice commands.

Area description
The area is a lively, safe, and well-served residential area of Milan, with shops of all kinds within walking distance.
In addition to the metro, a few minutes walk away, on the lilac line (line 5), Cenisio stop, you can easily reach the famous Milan area and central Chinatown, as well as the center of Milan with the Arco della Pace, Parco Sempione, and the castle.
The main universities can be easily reached in about fifteen minutes thanks to the metro and the numerous public transport stops near the house.
