Spacious and bright apartment perfect to accommodate a family, in an area full of city parks and close to the S.Orsola hospital hub.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the living area consisting of a well-equipped independent kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven, and a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. A French window with access to the balcony makes the room bright. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom will be available in the accommodation, as well as central heating.

The flat is well connected to the centre and the central station by bus number 27, which stops in front of the house.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as Dotta (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as Grassa (fat) for its gastronomic delights and Rossa (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, Torre degli Asinelli and Torre della Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
