In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals, a comfortable sofa in the living room that can transform into a bed for two people, a spacious double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is located on the sixth floor of a beautiful building with a lift. A short distance from the apartment you will find the Torre Degli Agli stop of the T2 tramway line with which you can reach the historic center and Peretola Airport in just a few minutes.

Please note that:
- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
