to pay upon arrival before delivery of keys:
security deposit: euro 600 cash.
utilities must be paid at flat rate (with each month): euro 130.00 cash.
blanket:euro 20,00 cash (per all rent).
sheets and pillow cases : euro 20.00 cash (all rent). towels : euro 20.00 cash
access to the house is permitted exclusively to rental contract holders,therefore the house is safe.
it is not permitted to introduce household appliances such as: electric stoves or similar, electric or gas cooktops, electric ovens. if you need a particular appliance please ask first.
