The bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a window facing the street. Thanks to quality windows, the room is well soundproofed.

To the right from the entryway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a window, and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just a 10-minute walk from the new Tolstoj metro station (Line 7, Orange Line), providing easy access to the rest of the city.
The area is well-served by various means of transportation, including buses and trams. Its also just a short distance from the Porta Genova district.
This location is perfect for students from IULM, NABA, Bocconi, and Cattolica universities, thanks to its great transport links, but its also well-connected for anyone who wants to explore Milan.
