This bright 3-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Porta Romana, an area that harmoniously blends the ancient and the modern in the city. A few steps from the apartment you have the opportunity to admire Porta Romana, one of the 6 historical gates present in Milan that was built in 1598. The privileged area gives the opportunity to experience Milan's nightlife without giving up the tranquility and convenience of transportation, thanks to the presence of metro, bus and trams. Even Milan Cathedral can be reached in just three stops on the M3 yellow metro.
The area is renowned for its wide selection of restaurants and patisseries, ideal for enjoying a quiet meal and discovering different cuisines. Among the must-visit options, Pasticceria Marlà offers a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of pastries, including one of the best maritozzi in the city. Also within walking distance is Tapa, a Spanish restaurant renowned for its delicious sangria and authentic paella.
For a day of total relaxation, the QC Termemilano is within easy walking distance. Living here means enjoying all that Milan has to offer, at your doorstep.
Living room and kitchen
The soft colors used for the living room and kitchen give the space a relaxing and pleasantly modern look. The living room features a comfortable sofa - which can be used as a sofa bed if needed - and a dining table with six seats. From here, there is easy access to the small terrace, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. The kitchen, bright thanks to the many windows, is a practical room that is well separated from the living area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The size of the house gives the possibility to accommodate six people, thanks to the presence of two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are bright rooms, fitted with large closets that give the possibility to store one's belongings comfortably. Near each bed is a handy nightstand that adds a touch of functionality. The bathroom is strategically located between the bedrooms, equipped with all the comforts and a large shower that ensures a pleasant and relaxing stay.
HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.
SANITIZED APARTMENTS. We use professional products and procedures to sanitize our apartments. Professional sanitation certificate.
Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
