This TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT consists of two shared bedrooms (two bed in each room),
a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a wide 25mq terrace, accessible from each bedroom.

EXPENSES (UTILITIES) = 240.- (per person / per month)
Includes: Gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning and final cleaning, WIFI connection, RAI fee, waste collection taxes, Condominium Expenses, Administration Fees, Contract preparation and definition costs, Stamp Duty and Registration Taxes, Damage Insurance, Boiler and Appliance Depreciation, Amortization of electrical and plumbing system costs, Furniture Renewal.

(this bedroom is without door, therefore it lacks privacy, as people need to walk through it to get to other bedroom).
240.- RENT - BED UPSo, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 480.-
250.- RENT - BED DOWN So, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 490.-
The price for staying in shared room nr.2
270.- RENT - BED UPSo, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 510.-
280.- RENT - BED DOWN So, Total Rent (including all expenses) = 520.-

IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT THE RESERVATION IS VALID ONLY
AFTER PAYMENT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT OF:
- Confirmatory Deposit (500.- euro) (non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation);
- Guarantee Deposit (900.- euro) (amount paid as a guarantee of the contractual conditions);
- Security Deposit(300.- euro) (to guarantee any damage, defects or shortages) (if necessary, also from Guarantee).
So, Total Deposits = 1.700.- euro.
All will be returned 45 days after the expected end of the agreed rental period, except for unpaid fees, etc.
- for stays of less than 11 months: supplement for each month not enjoyed will be applied (monthly supplement of 150.- euro).

a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards and many other accessories), a washing machine, a dining area, a balcony to enjoy the sun with table and chairs, Led TV, Iron and ironing board, drying rack. YOU WILL NOT MISS REALLY ANYTHING!!!

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Identity Card, Passport, Visa for Italy, Italian tax code, residence permit (only for NON-EU citizens), university enrollment certificate.
