The area also offers many amenities such as supermarkets and service you may need. You can find the Esselunga supermarket only 1 minute by walk.
This strategic location allows you to enjoy the uncountable activities that Milan offers. You can move around by walk but also thanks to a great transportation network:
- TRAM 15 Duomo (7 stops);

After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts cant end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
