The area
This large three-room apartment is located in the Zara area, very well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the proximity of the metro lines M5 (lilac) and M3 (yellow). The area is enriched by the presence of green areas, large lawns for walking or sports and also you will have the opportunity to go shopping thanks to the presence of many shops.

Living room and kitchen
This three-room apartment has a large living room illuminated by large windows that give access to a small balcony. The living room has parquet flooring, two sofas positioned opposite each other and a modern flat screen television. The open kitchen is complete with all the main appliances, with induction top and a comfortable round table with 4 seats.

Rooms and bathroom
The bright double bedroom is characterized by the presence of parquet floor, a large wardrobe along the entire wall, numerous shelves and elegant wooden finishes of the bed. The second bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe with two doors. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. The bathroom has all the toilets, shower, sink with mirror and also a washing machine and dryer.

HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who havent checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
