The sofa can become a comfortable double bed and the apartment will thus accommodate 4 people in two separate rooms. There is air conditioning and everything needed for cooking, as well as a convenient washing machine for longer stays.

The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, boutiques, and much more! On foot, you can easily reach the bus stop, and the nearby park to enjoy the sun, which makes it a very convenient location.

Please note that:
-All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
