It is super equipped with everything you need to make your stay unforgettable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, kettle, etc. The complete apartment with everything needed for a medium to long-term stay consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette overlooking the living room and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a window and large shower. The bedrooms are both with double beds. Large wardrobes and a walk-in closet allow you to conveniently store your clothes.
There are two small balconies.

The sophisticated Porta Romana neighbourhood is renowned for its exclusive fashion and food shops, as well as its lively nightlife. Along the busy streets of the area there are trendy cocktail bars and refined restaurants serving international cuisine. The Fondazione Prada cultural center, designed by Rem Koolhaas, displays contemporary art and screens arthouse films. The QC Terme Milano spa, protected by the ancient Spanish wall, includes modern Turkish baths, a place not to be missed for lovers of relaxation.

Situated in a strategic position, the apartment is a few steps from the yellow Porta Romana M3 metro which reaches the Duomo is just 6 minutes away. Tram 9 which runs a circular route. It goes around the center of Milan and you can easily reach all the points of interest in the city: Duomo, Central Station, Navigli, Bocconi, University, etc.

Access for guests
Upon your arrival you will find:
- Beds ready (with the exception of sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use).
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest).
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for separate waste collection.

When you are in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:
- No smoking in the apartment
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for for the entire duration of your stay, leave them in place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn
- All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, after using them, please put them back clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen surface clean and tidy.
- Avoid loud noises on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the TV volume too much after 10pm
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment tidy
- The apartment is located in a residential condominium. Please respect the silence from 8.00pm to 8.00am

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, show you the apartment and its amenities and give you all the directions and information you need.

At check-in you will be asked for your identity card to proceed with registration.

You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and except for exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days a contract will be signed and it will be necessary to have a code Italian tax.
