Charming apartment of about 55 square meters located on the mezzanine floor of a modern and elegant building in a historic area of Milan, full of charm and close to many tourist attractions. Despite the low floor, the apartment is bright thanks to the numerous windows. Fast Wi-Fi also makes it suitable for those who need to work remotely. Numerous trendy restaurants and nightclubs frame the elegant neighborhood.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 cm), 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette and is suitable for up to 2 people. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need to cook. Two induction hobs, an undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is bright and spacious with a shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment is located a few steps from the center of Milan. Porta Vittoria is a historic district and here you can admire wonderful Art Nouveau buildings, relax in peaceful green areas and dine in elegant restaurants. The Vittorio Formentano Park with its beautiful Palazzina Liberty is a short walk from the apartment. The Rotonda della Besana is 5 minutes away and in 10 minutes it is possible to reach the Court, the State University and in about 20 minutes Piazza del Duomo.

The property does not have parking. The Porta Romana underground station and the Milano Dateo and Milano Porta Vittoria railway stations are a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby there are several bus and tram stops including the bus stop 73 which takes you directly to Linate airport. Linate Airport can also be reached in 15 minutes by taxi at a cost of approximately 15-20 euros.
The Milano Centrale train station is a 25-minute bus ride from the apartment.

Access for guests
Upon your arrival you will find:
- Beds ready (with the exception of sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets will be prepared and pillows ready for use).
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest).
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for recycling.

When you are in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:
- No smoking in the apartment
- All items in the apartment are at your disposal for the entire the duration of the stay, leave them in place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn
- All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, after use, please put them clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy.
- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the volume of the TV too much after 10 in the evening
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment in order
- The apartment is located in a residential condominium. Please respect the silence from 20.00 to 08.00

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration.

You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan)

We can organize late check-in outside the scheduled time slot for prior check-in agreements at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros from 20.00 to midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02.00.
