The residential area is conveniently located very close to Central Station, where you will find two metro stations, trains, and buses. Ideal for up to 5 guests in total, it is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator for easy access.

Advanced Management Fee:

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee of 150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of the contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.

Other Costs:

In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of 300 is required. This fee covers the following services:
