The living opens out onto a terrace overlooking Via Cassala, and leads to a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, fitted with all necessities including a table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a microwave and a traditional oven.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising a master bedroom and a single bedroom, both fitted with parquet flooring and with access to the terrace. The two bathrooms are also in this part of the house, one fitted with a stall shower and washing machine and the other with bathtub.
